Welcome to my blog! I’m Victor Leung, originally from Hong Kong and currently residing in Shanghai, China. I hold an MSc degree in Biopharmaceuticals from UNSW Sydney, and I am currently studying a Graduate Certificate in the Friedman School of Nutrition at Tufts University.

I am thrilled to share that I maintain a popular health blog called “Food and Peace,” which has garnered an incredible following of over 140,000 readers in China. In this blog, my goal is to provide accessible and evidence-based dietary and nutrition tips to address various health concerns, including chronic and autoimmune diseases.

I am also the author of a book called “Evidence-based Anti-inflammatory Diets,” published in Chinese. Some of the valuable content from my book will be adapted and featured in my blog posts.
