Hi, I Am Victor Leung

Welcome to my blog!

In this blog, I try to be a bridge between the latest peer-reviewed research findings on diets and nutrition and practical self-help for improving health. My goal is to provide accessible and evidence-based dietary and nutrition tips to address various health concerns, including chronic and autoimmune diseases. I aim to translate complex Scientific information into actionable advice that can be easily incorporated into daily life. 

It’s important to note that the information shared on my blog is not intended to replace medical advice from your healthcare provider. Instead, it serves as a complementary source of
evidence-based information. I will always provide references to ensure a deeper understanding of the topics discussed.
 

I’m originally from Hong Kong and currently residing in Shanghai, China. I hold an MSc degree in Biopharmaceuticals from UNSW Sydney, and I am currently studying a Graduate Certificate in the Friedman School of Nutrition at Tufts University.

I am thrilled to share that I maintain a popular health blog called “Food and Peace,” which has garnered an incredible following of over 140,000 readers in China. I want to emphasize that this blog is not for profit, and it will not sell any products or services
directly or indirectly.
 

I am also the author of a book called “Evidence-based Anti-inflammatory Diets,” published in Chinese. Some of the valuable content from my book will be adapted and featured in my blog posts.
